Refund policy

1. Free trial first

Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial of all three tools, so you can check Partner Rank Tools works for you before paying. You add a card when you start the trial, but nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel before then in Plan and billing and you will not be charged at all. The free trial is available once per person; if one has already been used, the plan starts with a payment straight away and the 14-day refund below applies.

2. When we refund

• First payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we will refund it in full, whether the plan is monthly or yearly.
• Yearly renewals: if you ask within 14 days of a yearly renewal, we will refund that renewal in full.
• Monthly renewals: these are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so the next one isn't taken.
• Problems on our side: if the service was unavailable or not working for a significant part of a paid period because of a fault on our side, we will refund a fair share of that period.
• Charged in error: duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.

A refund ends the plan it covers. Your results stay in your account to view and export.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

3. How to ask

Email tools@partnerrankdigital.com with the email address on your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt (you can also find your order at paddle.net). Paddle.com, our reseller, processes refunds back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

4. Cancelling

Cancel at any time in Plan and billing, then Manage billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops; it will not renew.
