Partner Rank Tools

Privacy policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

In short

  • We collect only what the tools need to work: your account details, the websites and keywords you add, and, if you connect it, read-only Search Console data.
  • We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use Google data to train AI models.
  • You can disconnect Google, delete a plan or delete your whole account at any time, and choose which cookies we use.
  • Questions? Email tools@partnerrankdigital.com.

1. Who we are

Partner Rank Tools (partnerranktools.com, previously tools.partnerrankdigital.com) is run by Partner Rank Digital, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). It is a set of SEO tools for marketing agencies: a rank tracker, an SEO action plan builder and a keyword search volume tool.

We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in it at tools@partnerrankdigital.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in readable form), your agency's name, time zone and the invite code you signed up with.
  • Work you add: projects, websites, keywords, locations and settings in the rank tracker; the websites, business names and countries you build action plans for; the keywords you look up; and the decisions, ratings and notes you add to tasks.
  • Feedback and messages: anything you send through the feedback page or by email.

Information we create when you use the tools

  • Results: ranking positions and search results pages, keyword search volumes, crawls of the websites you ask us to analyse, and the action plans and tasks we generate.
  • Usage and technical records: how many checks, lookups and plans your agency has used each month, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time and errors), which we use to keep the service running and secure.

Information from Google, if you connect it

The SEO Action Plan can connect to your Google account. If you choose to connect it, Google asks for your permission and we receive:

  • your Google account email address, so you can see which account is connected;
  • the list of Search Console properties your account can see;
  • for the property you choose when you build a plan, Search Console performance data for the last 90 days: the pages and search queries the site appeared for, with clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position.

Our access is read-only. We cannot change anything in your Search Console account, and we do not access Gmail, Drive or any other Google service.

3. How we use Google user data

We use the Search Console data described above only to build the SEO Action Plan you asked for: to find the pages and searches with the most opportunity and to write the evidence behind each task. Specifically:

  • We read Search Console data only when you start a plan for a property you selected.
  • We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of you.
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train any AI or machine learning model, whether our own or anyone else's.
  • We share it only with the AI model provider that writes up the plan (see section 5), only for that purpose, under terms that forbid the provider from using it to train its models.
  • People at Partner Rank Digital do not read your Google data unless you ask us to (for example, to look into a problem with a plan), it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been combined and anonymised for running the service.

Partner Rank Tools' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time from the SEO Action Plan page, which deletes the access tokens we hold. You can also remove our access from your Google account permissions.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails from Partner Rank Tools.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the tools, each for its own task and under contract:

  • Hosting provider: runs the servers that store the database and files.
  • Search data provider: receives the keywords, locations, devices and website addresses you track or look up, so it can return Google search results and search volumes. It does not receive your name, email or Google data.
  • AI model provider: receives the website crawl, the Search Console performance data and the business details for a plan, so it can write up the tasks. It processes this only to return the result and does not use it to train its models.
  • Email provider: delivers service emails and feedback messages.
  • Google: when you connect Search Console, under Google's own privacy policy.

If you would like the names of these providers, email us and we will tell you. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

When you build a plan, we also visit the website you entered, as a search engine crawler would, to read its public pages.

6. Where your data is processed

We are based in India and some of our providers are in other countries, including the United States. When personal data from the UK or European Economic Area is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or our providers' equivalent commitments.

7. How long we keep it

  • Account and work data: for as long as your account is open.
  • Google access tokens: until you disconnect Google or delete your account.
  • Search Console data and the website crawl for a plan: stored with that plan until you delete the plan or your account.
  • Server logs: usually up to 30 days.
  • Backups: we take a database backup each night. Backup copies are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted, so deleted data can remain in a backup for up to that time.
  • Feedback: kept to help us improve the tools. If you delete your account, it is no longer linked to you.

When you delete your account, we delete your account details and, if no one else belongs to your agency, the agency's projects, keywords, rankings, plans (including their Search Console data) and lookups.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Disconnect Google from the SEO Action Plan page.
  • Delete a plan with the Delete button on the plan.
  • Change your details or delete your account in Settings.
  • Download your results as Excel or CSV files from each tool.

Depending on where you live (for example, under UK or EU data protection law, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email tools@partnerrankdigital.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

9. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. When you first visit, we ask which cookies you're happy for us to use. Essential cookies are always on, because the tools can't work without them; everything else stays off unless you choose to allow it.

10. Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, Google access tokens are encrypted in our database, and server access is restricted and key-protected. No service can promise perfect security, but if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
